FAQ for MLM Lead Pro

1. Is this marketing system free?

Yes, the marketing system itself is 100% free. However, please note that this is separate from the programs we promote. The main opportunity, LiveGood, has a one-time $40 affiliate fee plus a $9.95 monthly membership fee. There is also an option to pay yearly and save. Some traffic programs may have costs, but many allow you to register as an affiliate and earn commissions even if you haven’t purchased the product.

2. What happens if I choose not to join a particular program?

If you choose not to join a particular platform or program included in our system, the referral link will revert to your upline, and the default will always remain the admin’s URL for that program.

3. How do I get in touch with my sponsor?

Please go to the settings area, and you will find your sponsor’s information there.

4. I don’t know who my sponsor is, they don’t respond to me, or I feel I don’t have anyone to connect with. How do I get support?

Go to the support link on our website. There are several options:

• If your question is about a specific program, contact your sponsor for that program. If that’s not possible, reach out to us in the Facebook group or ask me using the support link here.
• If your question is technical and related to LiveGood or other specific programs, reach out to their support teams directly.
• For questions specific to MLM Lead Pro, fill out the support form, and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

5. How do I get paid with MLM Lead Pro?

MLM Lead Pro does not have its own compensation plan. We provide a free platform to promote third-party programs that have their own compensation plans. Please review the compensation plans of each program, such as LiveGood, by going to the relevant steps within our system.

6. I filled in my details and user IDs/usernames/URLs for the programs, but when I click on ‘Join My Sponsor’ link, it still goes to my sponsor. Why?

This happens because you are logged into your own back office. The system is designed so that you always see your sponsor’s links. This ensures your downline will see and join through your links when they log into their back office. To test your links, click the ‘Test My URLs’ link after saving your information in the settings area.

7. Where is my referral link so I can share the system?

Please go to the ‘Funnels’ page. There, you will find a selection of pages that you can share out with your personal URL to copy.

8. Can I join the system if I am not part of your team?

Yes, even if you are not part of my team, you are welcome to use the marketing system.

9. How do I join the Facebook group for additional support?

You can join our Facebook group by clicking the link provided on the support page or just click right here. Make sure to answer any membership questions for approval.

10. What if I encounter technical issues with the MLM Lead Pro platform?

If you encounter any technical issues, please use the support form on the support page to describe your problem. I will address it as soon as possible.

11. Can I customize the marketing materials in MLM Lead Pro?

Yes and no. The system is customizable in that the lead capture pages and funnels are personalized with your referral links. Your leads will see your join links and can download your version of the rebranded PDF. However, this customization is built-in, so you don’t need to manually customize anything. Simply follow the setup steps, fill in your user IDs, usernames, or URLs for the platforms we work with, and click save. The system will be set up with your join links, making it easy for your referrals to join you. If you need any help, reach out to us at Support.

12. How often should I check for updates or new programs in MLM Lead Pro?

It’s a good idea to check the system regularly for any updates or new programs, especially new traffic programs, tools, or training resources that can enhance your LiveGood journey. We only add proven platforms that can help build your LiveGood business. Significant updates will also be notified through email or the Facebook group.

13. What is the difference between Leads and Team members in the MLM Lead Pro system?

In the MLM Lead Pro system, there are two categories: Leads and Team members.

• Leads are individuals who have entered their information on the Lead capture page, showing interest in the system but not yet completing the registration. These leads will receive follow-up emails aimed at nurturing them to join the system. You can download this list to personally follow up and encourage them to sign up.
• Team members are those who have completed the entire registration process and have become members of the system. They are on a separate emailing list designed to help them get set up in the free marketing system and consider joining LiveGood.

Essentially, Leads are potential members who have expressed interest but haven’t fully committed, while Team members are those who have successfully registered and joined your network.

14. How can I delete me MLM Lead Pro account?

Yes, You can request us to delete your account for you by reaching out to me using the support link here. When you send me a message to delete your account, please be sure to send me your username and email address that you are registered with so I can locate you.
